MeyAI is a product built by MeyyaXone — a future technology company building systems for the next era of human progress. MeyAI is currently in early development as a calm presence being shaped to turn everyday instructions into real-world actions.

This policy covers the meyai.ai website and the MeyAI product. MeyyaXone's corporate website (meyyaxone.com) operates under a separate privacy policy available at meyyaxone.com/privacy.

Information you provide directly:

• Your name and email address when you join our waitlist or contact us
• The content of any message or enquiry you send us

Information collected automatically:

• Basic technical data — browser type, approximate location via IP address, and pages visited
• Site performance data through Google Search Console to manage how meyai.ai appears in search results

When MeyAI executes tasks on your behalf (product phase):

• Credentials you provide to allow MeyAI to act — handled with strict security controls and never stored beyond the task
• Task instructions and context you provide so MeyAI can understand what needs doing
• Preferences and context MeyAI learns over time, within the boundaries you set, to serve you more naturally

We use information only for the following purposes:

• To respond to your enquiries and messages
• To send early access updates if you have joined the waitlist
• To execute the tasks you instruct MeyAI to perform on your behalf
• To learn your preferences over time — only within boundaries you set — so MeyAI can serve you more naturally
• To understand how people use this website so we can improve it
• To maintain the security and operation of our systems

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their commercial purposes. Information you provide exists to serve you — nothing else.

When MeyAI acts on your behalf — logging into a portal, completing a payment, retrieving information — it may require access credentials. These are handled with the following principles:

• Credentials are used only for the specific task you have instructed
• They are never stored beyond what the task requires
• They are never shared with third parties
• Every action MeyAI takes requires your explicit instruction or confirmation
• You remain in control at every step

Waitlist and contact information is kept for as long as it is relevant to your relationship with us — typically no longer than 24 months unless you remain an active user.

Task execution data is kept only as long as needed to complete and confirm the task, then handled according to our data minimisation principles.

Preferences and context MeyAI learns about you are yours — visible, editable, and deletable at your request at any time.

We use a small number of trusted third-party services:

• Fillout — powers our waitlist form. When you submit your name and email, that data is processed by Fillout. Their privacy policy applies.
• Google Search Console — for monitoring search performance. No individual visitor tracking.
• Google Fonts — not used on meyai.ai. System fonts only.

We do not use advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or behavioural analytics tools on meyai.ai.

meyai.ai does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Standard browser session behaviour occurs as part of normal website function. Fillout may set cookies when you interact with the waitlist form — their cookie policy applies to that interaction.

Regardless of where you are in the world, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• See, edit, or remove preferences MeyAI has learned about you
• Withdraw consent for any processing you have previously agreed to
• Opt out of waitlist communications at any time

MeyAI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently received information from a child, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

meyai.ai operates over HTTPS. Credentials and sensitive task data are handled with strict security controls. Access to personal information is limited to those who need it to operate the service.

No method of internet transmission is completely secure. If you have concerns about a specific interaction, reach out to us directly.

As MeyAI develops from early stage into a full product, this policy will evolve to reflect new practices. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

For users on our waitlist, we will notify you of material changes by email where appropriate.
